The Finger Lakes RC&D Council is a non profit, 501-C.3 organization located in the Heart of New York State's Finger Lakes Region and serving the counties of Chemung, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, and Yates. TheCouncil is dedicated to rural economic development through the wise use of its six counties region's natural resources.
