Purpose

Lake Plains Resource Conservation and Development Council, Inc. was formed for the purpose of increasing the cooperation between the member sponsors and other appropriate individuals, groups, and agencies. The intent of the Lake Plains Resource Conservation and Development Council is to enhance the quality of life for the residents of the area.

Our Vision

A prosperous diverse community that is effectively utilizing, conserving, and sharing the natural resources of the region.

Our Mission

To bring together people of diverse cultures and backgrounds who share a common concern for the natural resources of the region, so that, working together, these citizens may form an effective strategy to develop, enhance, and preserve these resources to the benefit of all present and future citizens of, and visitors to our region.
